1) Chain smoking – a lot of my family members smoke and I would like to learn more about the topic and what specific things influence the probability for lung cancers.
2) Palestine vs. Israel – with the recent attacks made on the country of Israel I would like to find more out about the background of the conflict as well as the different groups (Hamass).
3) Gambling in Ohio- although I can see the sides to both of the arguments why it should or shouldn’t be legalized in Ohio I would like to look at it from others perspectives as well as find out more background as to why they don’t want it legalized.
4) Stem cells- I don’t see why this is such a controversial topic and what certain people have against it and would like to investigate more as to why people think it is not appropriate.
5) Going green – In today’s society is has become a very large topic about being environmentally friendly by reducing your carbon footprint. I strongly believe that even though we may not have much knowledge about what’s really going on in the o-zone, it is always a good idea to leave this earth as clean as possible and reduce waste.
